WikiGuidelines is a new way to construct clinical guidelines that seeks to incorporate "the humility of uncertainty". Recommendations are only made when reproducible, high quality evidence is available.  Otherwise, Clinical Reviews discuss care options.  Authorship is not restricted to those politically active in specialty societies.  The intent is to provide regular updates in close to real time.  Any topic of any specialty or disease that a group of clinicians are interested in can be the subject of a WikiGuidelines.  The WikiGuidelines on osteomyelitis and endocarditis are now published.
